Sessions may include painting, collage, clay, or simple mark-making, always guided by your needs and comfort level. Together, we’ll explore emotions, develop coping strategies, and build resilience in a compassionate, structured space.

  • Virtual sessions can be conducted in the 60- or 90- minute format. An initial $100 fee will be added for the virtual option art kit.
  • Talk to us about what sliding scale options are available.
  • We can discuss package options for regular weekly or biweekly sessions. We can also do group add-ons to this option.
